| Our philosophy includes actively training parents and family members to utilize ABA. This involves teaching parents how to incorporate behavioral principles and procedures in the home setting and community. Parents are taught to identify functions of behavior and how to resolve behavior issues. |

Autism Concepts Incorporated, is a team of professionals that excels in providing evidenced-based interventions for children on the Autism Spectrum. We provide clinic-based and in-home one-on-one direct instruction that utilizes Applied Behavior Analysis for children of all ages with ASD. Our area of expertise is providing Applied Verbal Behavior which focuses on B.F. Skinner's functional analysis of language.
The Assessment of Basic Language and Learning Skills-Revised (ABLLSTM-R) and Verbal Behavior Milestones Assessment and Placement Program (VB-MAPP) are used to set up individualized language-enriched programs for your child. The child's motivations and strengths form the foundation of the Verbal Behavior program to increase areas in need of remediation.

Children are actively engaged throughout their sessions to increase and maintain interest and motivation. Intensive Teaching Trials (ITT) and Natural Environment Training (NET) are both incorporated to plan for generalization of all skills. Our expertise also includes using evidenced-based play and social skills scripts to teach children how to interact with their peers and learn cooperative play.
Evidenced-based Social Skills classes are held weekly at our clinic. Small group instruction with typical peers enables children with Autism Spectrum Disorder to practice and learn social skills and play skills. Language and communication are the primary focus throughout every session.
